St. Louis Important Information
I’ll try to keep this e-mail as short as possible. That said, please read it in its entirety.
Please fill out the form below regarding LUNCH and DINNER options. One form per person traveling. I’d like to submit this information to Group Travel Planners by MAY 1st.
Rooming Lists are posted in the band room. Please fill it out so I can submit this to Group Travel Planners by APRIL 19th.

Attached to this e-mail is the MEDICAL CONSENT and PERMISSION TO TRAVEL forms. If you have not yet done so yet, please fill this out and return to Mr. W by MAY 1st. I’ve also attached a Travel Packet that discusses GTP’s role in facilitating the trip.
Finally – and most importantly. Payments were due on APRIL 3rd. All payments in full MUST be paid by MAY 3rd. That said, dropping out at this point is a VERY VERY bad thing to do to your peers – as the cost increases. Your best bet at this point would be to work out finding a SUB for your trip. If you’re curious about how much you owe, please e-mail ME (Not Ms. Knick) regarding the amount remaining (I have a report from April 2nd)
At this point – there is still $10,000+ outstanding in costs. This needs to be remedied ASAP. If you committed to this trip, and for it to be a fun, worthwhile venture, AND to continue to make sure we have trips in the future, I need to know that we can follow through. Please find the GTP Payment Reminders in your e-mail. If you haven’t received any of those, please contact Ms. Knick @ GTP. (email@example.com)
If folks don’t follow through and flake out, those who are making payments – we may have to increase the cost. It’s unfortunate, but it’s the boat we’re in at this time.
From our contract… “Any change to the itinerary by any tour participant 30 days or less prior to the departure date will result in a $500.00 change fee per occurrence.”
So – we need to finalize everything pronto.
