Money...

Three Things about Money...

 

A.) New thing I'm learning as we progress. Freshmen, this will likely be news to you. Vets, this is the same as standard practice. I learned this last week from the Athletic's Office that there is an additional $50 "Activity Fee" - this pays for things like buses, competition entrance fees, our storage pod for the year, and other misc. things that we don't pay for as a department. The good news about this... once you pay that fee, you should be good for the entire year for all of your sports. (So, if you do one activity [Marching Band], $50. If you do four activities, $50... it pays all of your stuff throughout the year). I apologize as I just learned about this this last week and would have been far more transparent coming into the year about it.

 

B.) Mr. Anthony Alan and I have kept good records of folks who have paid for things thus far. The list hasn't been updated with the people in the office, so many of you who are checking online will still see a fee for marching band. They don't have the most up to date list... and that will be rectified this week. I apologize if anyone was caught off guard. If you haven't paid your season dues at the time of registration, then you must work something out with the front office. I do believe you can work out a payment plan, so I'm told.

 

C.) A friendly reminder; please give us all money in an envelope with your name, what the money is for, and know that the band office has no change at any time as we try to immediately turn in money.
